I am pregnant and looking forward to doing the yoga exercises in this book. A few of them I already do, but there are many that I don't currently do and am looking forward to adding them to my routine. Victoria makes yoga approachable for anyone, even a beginner like me!

By Emily Bartlett This is a fantastic introductory guide for those who are new to yoga or for those who are already dedicated yogis who want to adjust their practice for pregnancy. We live in a such fast-paced world where birth is often viewed as scary, dangerous, and inconvenient. My own experiences were quite the opposite, and I truly believe pregnancy and birth can be the most empowering, intuitive, and beautiful experience of a woman's life. In this book, Victoria provides a perfect and simple guide that will help you enjoy a positive pregnancy and birth by incorporating the practice and principles of yoga. As as mom and acupuncturist specializing in women's health, I'll definitely be recommending this to my patients and friends.

I have practiced prenatal yoga and meditation during both of my pregnancies and it helped me so much. Not only a physical level, but also on an emotional and mental level as well. Victoria is right on point when she says yoga prepares you to tap in to your intuition which will prepare you to use that during your pregnancy and as you become a mother. And Supta Baddah Konasana is my all time favorite pose during pregnancy!!! Every mother should experience the benefits from that pose. Thank you Yogi Mami! Namaste!
