Ms. Pitas takes us from the start of her business through the growth process of many years and a change of venue, sharing many valuable lessons learned. Her willingness to share personal stories of loss and downright laugh-out loud incidents made this a real page turner for me. This is a wonderful primer for anyone considering working around or owning an adult family home. It is truly a treasure trove of wisdom. I hope as I age into needing care that I will be so lucky to have someone as sweet, reliable and knowledgeable as Holly to look after me!

Her stories are touching, humorous and direct. This is an interesting look at the type of care we all will need someday. I hope this book pushes others to enter into the field of adult care the way Holly provides her residents with loving care and dignity.
