David A cup of hot tea gives me a feeling of comfort and pleasure, especially in a long, cold day. I am quite aware of its benefits but with this book I was able to learn how drinking tea can help our bodies get rid of the toxins caused by unhealthy habits, food and even stress. The 7-day- tea-cleanse plan given in this book is very helpful. The plan was easy to follow and does not require too much preparation, once you get an approval from your practitioner and have teas available, you may start any day you want. And the best thing about this plan is that you can do it in as short as 7 days. If you are looking for a simple and natural way of detoxifying, I would recommend for you to read this book.

I have tried a lot of detox plan from what I searched in the internet and some are not really easy to do. There are foods that are restricted for you to eat and it just left me starving and craving for more food. Although if I put my focus on my goal of losing weight I was able to successfully accomplish the detox plan but still after awhile I go back to my food cravings. I lose weight for a week but then after that my weight comes back again. But this detox plan is something that makes me feel full instead of feeling empty in my stomach. I don't feel deprive at all with food and it just really works for me unlike the other detox plan. For those who really wants to lose weight the safe way and has a long term effects on your body, this detox is highly recommended for you to try. I just lose 9 pounds after doing this and it's been 2 weeks now and I have maintain my weight. So far so good so what are you waiting for grab a copy of this book now.

I’ve been interested in cleansing now for years, and have tried many things. Some of the things outlined in this book, I have been trying for years (and they have been successfully working), so this is some great information. Others, I wasn’t so familiar with. I like to learn, and am always willing to get some more information for my arsenal. I would recommend this book to anyone looking to find out more about cleansing (especially through the use of teas – something I was less familiar with), and who wants specific things to do and the benefits of why you should do them. It’s a great book!

About the Author

DEBBY MAYNE has published more than 30 books and novellas, 400 short stories and articles, and a slew of devotions for women. She has also worked as managing editor of a national health magazine, product information writer for HSN, a creative writing instructor for Long Ridge Writers Group, and a copy editor and proofreader for several book publishers. It is so infrequent to find a self published manuscript with a fantastic story and grammar to please even this grammar nazi. I hope to see mor installments, and soon. When time comes to bind all under one cover, please take the time to find a good rep who will advocate the best terms for you with major publishing houses. The believability would lend itself to any culture and country where women valuing themselves is looked upon as desirable.

Bit if a jumble or very clever, lots of thinking and false trails that seemed obvious but took a while for the main characters to get. With all the running around the story just ended. Nothing more very abruptly done.

5 of 5 people found the following review helpful. Fantastic! By Twebb Absolutely fantastic book! I bought the young readers edition for my 13 year old. She read it in one evening. Then I did the same. If you have watched Tim play, you likely have a great respect for him as a keeper. I didn't really know much about him until the 2014 World Cup, but he is now among my favorite players. It was interesting to hear about his life. The highs and the lows that have made him who he is today. This is a must read for any soccer fan. I think I will also read the regular edition of his book.

By ZooMama I am not a book reviewer, but will respond to this book by saying that I am so thrilled with the impact Howard's story has had on my goalie son. He read it through in 2 days, told me all about it for the next 2 days, then began to read it again. I read it through in one night and quickly understood why my son was so excited about this book. He has a mild speech issue, for which he is teased by some. He is highly gifted with several intensities that set him apart from other kids so much he feels very alone at times. While not at all the same as TS, it's the 'different' aspect that he connected with, and Howard's situation growing up was similar to my own. My son dreams of being a great keeper someday, then coach, and when in the net is one of the few times I see him confident, purposeful, and focused.Thank you, Tim Howard for sharing your story, it has meant so much to son, and to many others.

Can being with a selfish, awful person make you go nuts, or are you nuts and the person is just fed up? Makes you say to yourself, run, don't walk, from a bad relationship. You don't want to end up like this couple. Good read, fun and disgusting.

By Jennifer - lawyer in Indiana I love Matt Shaw and love all of his twisted wicked books and stories..but even this one left me with a WTF look on my face!! It took me a few minutes to absorb what I had just read and all I can say is, wow Matt, you did it again. The story is a good, quick and satisfying read. You feel sorry for the Henpecked husband and cheer for him ...until SHE speaks to him for the first time .....then you start to feel a little uncomfortable and trust me, that feeling grows. You will eventually feel squirmy and think ...WTF! Bravo Mr. Shaw!

He tackles EVERY taboo subject out there.This is a story of a miserable henpecked husband and his miserable wife. Their marriage is falling apart and the wife's children are brats who also henpeck the husband. His only relief comes when they adopt a turkey named Tina---no pun intended.

She doesn't shy away from the worst of humanity, but her light touch keeps the satire from getting too overdone (I'm looking at you, Animal Farm). Truly humorous, and a story that you really won't find anywhere else, the tale of Mr. Cartwright exemplifies the best of what the novella can do. Keep writing, Ms. Wink!
