About the Author On November 21st of 2004, I went to the hospital for a routine procedure. I opted to be fully awake for this procedure as my body had historically rejected anesthesia and most pain medications. During the procedure I was able to talk with the staff while they worked on me. I experienced great pain, followed by sweats and I began to lose consciousness. The last thing I heard was, “Erin, hang in there just a couple more....we’re losing her.” During this first episode (NDE) in the hospital, God took me to the base of a mountain and told me that I was going to go through one of the darkest seasons in my life. As always, the Lord was correct, and I began a journey with Him through the darkest of valleys for a seemingly endless seven years. My heart condition began to worsen during this time period. This initial event began the first of a series of Near Death Experiences, or NDEs for short, as a result of an unusual arrhythmia which actually caused my heart to stop. It is called Sudden Brady Response. During these SBR’s I would experience these NDEs, I would have visits to parts of Heaven and God’s Golden City, the Home of His Throne. These visits foretold of the dreams that were to come later. On Good Friday 2008, my heart stopped. In this NDE, an Angel of the Lord told me that I mattered to God, the memory is still so vivid. Shortly after this NDE, I finally received a formal diagnosis from the doctors. Facing the very real possibility of death, I agreed to have a pacemaker implanted. After the pacemaker surgery, my visits to Heaven were temporarily suspended. I went through a desert period, a dry spell, wherein I didn’t hear from the Lord for two years. In many ways, this period of aloneness was unbearable. I sought God with reckless abandonment and with my whole heart I chased after HIM. I was concerned that my time of Miracles had ended with the pacemaker. I petitioned Him on my knees every day, sometimes for hours at a time. In my persistence cries for God, my long desert period came to a close. God began to work supernaturally in my life! In October 2012, I began to experience an amazing string of prophetic dreams and visions which have continued to this very day. After about a year, my friends and I prayerfully made the decision to gather these dreams and publish them. I pray that my dreams from Heaven blesses all that read them.
